Job description
Evergreen Marine (UK) Ltd is currently recruiting for Shipping Clerk/Sales Coordinator in our Customer Service Team/ Sales Team
Your overall objective is to supply shipping services to Ireland importers and exporters. Providing high quality customer service and means of transport necessary for the efficient transportation of cargo.
Duties may include some of the following:
• Customer liaison
• Import and export documentation arrangement
• Vessel pre-loading and discharging arrangement
• Customs clearance and inland haulage arrangements
• Processing invoices and payment
• Key accounts management
• Making customer bookings
• Shipping documentation
Qualities we are looking for
• Computer literate
• Good communicator
• Reliable and strong organisational skills
• Can work under pressure
• Good attendance and time management
• Friendly and self-motivated
• Positive attitude
• Interest in Shipping
Requirements
• Minimum 2 year’s administration experience
• Interest in the shipping company
• Must have legal rights to work within Ireland, without sponsorship.
