Basic Requirements
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, visa holders are welcomed provided that the visa is valid for at least one year.
• Unless stated, experience in shipping is not a requirement as on-the-job training will be provided
• Any previous experience or interest in the shipping industry will be an advantage
• Good IT, organization and communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Honest, responsible, punctual and able to work on your own initiative as well as to be a great team worker

• Transhipment cargo management and analysis
• Space coordination with short sea feeder operators
• Short sea feeder network market research & analysis
• Short sea feeder vendor management
• Coordination related to cargo volume budget preparation
• Simulation of vessel charter rate
• Monitoring of shortage settlement and invoice issues
• Invoice & Settlement Processing
• Payable amount and invoice verification and checking
• Cashflow estimation
